The Siena Club Auto e Moto d 'Epoca "SCAME", associates the owners and enthusiasts of vintage vehicles or vehicles of historical and collectible interest and who have explicitly requested them. Individuals with a minimum age of 16, associations, companies and entities that request it in writing that share the social aims and declare that they unconditionally accept this Statute can be Associated with the Siena Club Auto Moto d'Epoca. .
CRS Certificate of Historical Relevance
The CRS is issued by ASI through a federated Club and is necessary for the circulation of vehicles of historical and collectible interest from 19/03/2010. It is required, pursuant to the Ministerial Decree of 17/12/2009, which governs the requirements for the circulation of vehicles of historical and collectible interest. In particular, the Decree regulates methods and procedures for: the registration of a vehicle in one of the Registers, in order to acquire the qualification of vehicle of historical and collectible interest; the readmission to circulation of vehicles of historical and collectible interest previously ceased from circulation or of unknown origin; the periodic overhaul to which said vehicles are subject.
Identity Certificates FIVA Identity Card
The Certificate of Identity (Gold Plate), is issued for private purposes, and concerns vehicles built for over twenty years. It contains the photograph, the dating, the identification details, the description of the state of conservation or of the restoration, the classification as well as the annotation of any discrepancies from the state of origin found, according to the rules of the FIVA International Technical Code in force and, if necessary, the summary of the vehicle history. The FIVA Identity Card is an identification document of the vehicle containing the photograph, the date, the identification details, the classification as well as the annotation of any discrepancies from the state of origin found, according to the rules of the FIVA International Technical Code in force and, if necessary, the summary of the vehicle history. It is issued pursuant to art. 3 (Classifications Technique des vehicules) and 6 (Carte d'ldentite FIVA) of the International Technical Code in force and granted for use to the card holder. Allows participation in events registered in the FIVA international calendar and special insurance treatment. It does not allow participation in events registered in the ASI national calendar and cannot be issued to vehicles registered in foreign countries. It is valid for ten years and must be renewed at the time of any change of ownership of the vehicle. It is issued to all vehicles that are 30 years old from the date of construction. It can be issued to a person resident in Italy in possession of a vehicle without a plate or to a person not resident in Italy, but in possession of a vehicle registered in Italy.

Applicants must contact the Club in order to arrange appointments with the Technical Stewards of the various sectors to view the vehicle and fill in the necessary forms. PLEASE NOTE The models relating to the CRS are provided for the sole purpose of helping Our Members in the production of the required documentation (photographs and technical data) to be presented to the Club and to which the Member must contact for help on the documentation necessary to obtain the certification. . For the forms relating to the issue of CRS for non-circulating cars and motorcycles, Certificate of Identity (Gold Plate), Certificate of Identity FIVA, given the greater complexity it is necessary to contact the SCAME Secretariat before starting to produce the documentation necessary.
